Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Tiny Thinkers Preschool website at tinythinkers.com, including its tour booking forms, chat, and any text messages you sign up for (together, the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

About the information on this Site

We work to keep program descriptions, schedules, menus, calendars, newsletters, and other content accurate and up to date, but they are provided for general information and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of availability, pricing, or enrollment. Tuition, schedules, and policies are confirmed in your enrollment agreement and our Parent Handbook, which control if they differ from anything on the Site.

Tours and enrollment

Booking a tour or sending an inquiry does not reserve a spot or create an enrollment. Enrollment happens only after you complete our enrollment paperwork and we confirm your child's placement. We may reschedule or cancel a tour if needed, and we will try to let you know as soon as possible.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages from Tiny Thinkers Preschool, you agree to receive messages about tours, enrollment, reminders, and school updates at the number you provided.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You will get one message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of enrollment or of booking a tour.

Acceptable use

When using the Site, please don't:

  • submit false information or use someone else's information without permission;
  • send spam, abusive or unlawful messages, or harmful code through our forms or chat;
  • try to disrupt the Site or gain unauthorized access to it or the systems behind it;
  • copy or scrape the Site's content for commercial use.

Our content

The Tiny Thinkers name and logo, and the text, photos, graphics, and documents on the Site, belong to Tiny Thinkers Preschool or are used with permission. You may view, download, and print them for your own personal, non-commercial use, such as reading a menu or newsletter. Any other use needs our written permission. Photos of children on the Site are used with parental consent and may not be copied or shared.

Links and third-party services

The Site links to and embeds services run by others, such as Google Maps, social media pages, and our booking and chat tools. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the Site, including that it will always be available, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tiny Thinkers Preschool will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. These Terms cover the website only. They don't limit any rights or obligations under your enrollment agreement or under the laws and licensing rules that govern child care in California.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
