Enrollment

Once you have toured and decided that Tiny Thinkers Preschool is the right fit for your family, you could fill out the enrolment forms online for your convenience. In additions to the forms below, you will need to meet with the Preschool Director to fill out necessary forms based on your child’s schedule.
Please note that enrollment is only confirmed after a face-to-face meeting with the Preschool Director.
